Mehdi Zarhloul

Founder and CEO

Since establishing the company in 2006, Mehdi has applied his wealth of knowledge in the food and beverage industry. Prior to Crazy Pita, he was the Assistant Food & Beverage Director for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. During his tenure with Four Seasons, Mehdi opened and managed several international food and beverage entities from Beverly Hills to the Middle East with revenues over $25 million.

Taraneh Bazzaz 

Taraneh is a graduate from UNLV William F. Harrah college of Hospitality Class of 1992. She has been with Crazy Pita since our inception in 2006 and has also held the CFO position of our affiliate CPRG since 2009.  Taraneh is also Regional Director of Finance at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas.

Nikoletta Csatho-Toro

Nikoletta began her career in product packaging design in Los Angeles before starting a graphics firm in Las Vegas in 2002. Since joining the team in 2007, Niki has applied her brand experience from multiple industries to develop and manage the Crazy Pita visual branding and marketing.

Larry Schwartz 

Larry has more than 30 years of corporate and business development experience and has held executive level positions in the ancillary healthcare and franchise industries. During that time, he has been instrumental in developing and managing new business ventures and has spearheaded the growth of several start-ups, early and middle stage companies.

For over 35 years Mark has had a successful career as a franchise consultant and franchise company executive with numerous successful full-service, fast-casual and QSR brands. Mark has created, organized, and managed numerous franchise concepts from the seed of an idea into functioning businesses with multiple locations throughout the world.

Sarah has had a history of success applying her BA in Marketing to start-up internet companies as well as established and emerging franchise brands.
